Leads the billing team executing client revenue cycle workflows end-to-end: charge entry, claim scrubbing, payer submission, denial work, and patient billing follow-up. The person making sure every claim is clean before it goes out the door.
Clinical customer service lead with pharmacy training. Handles patient-facing escalations that require clinical context, from medication questions to refill coordination and insurance appeals.
Runs a customer service pod focused on pharmacy customer calls, inbound patient intake, and insurance verification support for our retail and specialty pharmacy clients.
Leads a VMA pod handling front-desk coverage, scheduling, intake, and EHR documentation for practice clients. Owns SLA adherence and client satisfaction for his pod.
Leads a VMA pod focused on specialty practice workflows. Handles client-dedicated assistant assignments, escalations, and quality audits.
Customer Success Team
Your dedicated point of contact from day one. Our Customer Success team manages onboarding, tracks KPIs, coordinates with your practice managers, and makes sure every workflow runs exactly the way you need it to. They are the bridge between your team and ours.
8+ years in healthcare operations and client relationship management. Niru leads the full onboarding lifecycle for new providers, from initial workflow mapping to go-live and beyond. She coordinates directly with practice managers, sets up reporting dashboards, and runs weekly check-ins to keep every account on track. If something needs fixing, she finds it before you do.
5+ years supporting healthcare clients across onboarding, training, and account operations. Sam handles day-to-day client communications, manages video hosting and training documentation for new staff, and escalates issues before they become problems. She works closely with Niru to ensure every provider feels supported from the first call to the hundredth.
Works closely with physician practices and healthcare organizations across the US to ensure consistent support, clear communication, and measurable operational value. The bridge between clients and operational teams, aligning RCM, prior authorization, eligibility verification, and AI-enabled solutions with each client’s goals and workflows.
Training & Enablement Team
