Samridhi Singh (Sam) is Asst. Customer Success Manager at Staffingly, Inc. 5+ years supporting healthcare clients across onboarding, training, and account operations. Sam handles day-to-day client communications, manages video hosting and training documentation for new staff, and escalates issues before they become problems. She works closely with Niru to ensure every provider feels supported from the first call to the hundredth.

Samridhi’s work sits inside Staffingly’s customer success function, where dedicated specialists cover client relationships for U.S. practices with HIPAA secured workflows under a signed BAA, working U.S. business hours in each client’s time zone.
