    Role Summary 

    We are seeking a proactive Intern Market/Healthcare Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business development, engaging with healthcare providers, and supporting daily office operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the healthcare outsourcing industry, with responsibilities that include traveling to meet healthcare providers, attending industry events, and contributing to market research and analysis. 

    Key Responsibilities 

    Provider Engagement 

    • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and local networking events to promote Staffingly’s services. 
    • Visit healthcare facilities to introduce our outsourcing solutions to potential clients. 
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers. 
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the healthcare sector. 

    Market Research and Analysis 

    • Conduct comprehensive market research to stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. 
    • Analyze data to provide actionable insights that will inform and refine our service offerings. 
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support strategic planning and decision-making. 

    Daily Office Support 

    • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing documentation. 
    • Support data management efforts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in company databases. 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate projects and initiatives. 
    • CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot CRM or Zoho CRM from day one to capture all notes, manage contacts, and track interactions with healthcare providers. 
    • Attention to Detail: Follow instructions thoroughly and ensure accuracy in all tasks. 

    Travel Requirements 

    • Engage in frequent travel to meet with healthcare providers and attend events. 
    • Participate in occasional out-of-town trips as required. 
    • Maintain a valid driver’s license and ensure availability for travel needs. 

    Referral Generation 

    • Actively seek opportunities to generate business referrals through provider interactions. 
    • Earn a $500 commission for each successful business referral resulting from your engagements. 

    Qualifications 

    Education 

    • MBA degree required, preferably with a focus in Healthcare Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field. 

    Communication Skills 

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
    • Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively engage and build rapport with healthcare professionals. 
    • Proficiency in presenting information clearly and persuasively. 

    Organizational Skills 

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. 
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities. 
    • Experience with administrative duties and office management is a plus. 

    Technical Skills 

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools. 
    • Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically the ability to learn and use HubSpot CRM or Zoho CRM from day one. 
    • Ability to capture detailed notes and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. 

    Language Skills 

    • Multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly basic conversational skills in Indian languages such as Hindi or Telugu, to effectively communicate with healthcare providers of Indian origin. 

    Driver’s License and Travel Flexibility 

    • Must possess a valid driver’s license. 
    • Willingness and ability to travel locally and occasionally out-of-town as required. 

    Eligibility for OPT Candidates 

    • This position aligns with USCIS Optional Practical Training (OPT) requirements and is suitable for candidates authorized to work in the U.S. under the OPT program. 

    Compensation and Benefits 

    • Base Salary: $30,000 per year, paid monthly. 
    • Commission: Opportunity to earn $500 for each successful business referral generated. 
    • Employment Status: This position is offered on a 1099 independent contractor basis, with payments made without tax withholdings. 
    • Health Insurance Requirement: Candidates are required to have their own health insurance coverage and must provide proof of health coverage upon acceptance of the position. 
    • Benefits: As this is an intern position, traditional employee benefits are not provided. Should the role convert to a full-time employment status, eligibility for standard company benefits will commence.
