🌍 Job Description: 

We are looking for 5 Bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Receptionist to join our remote team. Your primary role will be to deliver exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients and patients.  

📝 Key Responsibilities: 

• 📞 Provide customer service to Spanish-speaking clients and patients via phone, email, and chat. 
• 📅 Manage patient interactions, including scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries. 
• 🗂️ Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions. 
• 🤝 Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve issues. 
• 🔐 Ensure confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines. 
• 💻 Utilize healthcare software platforms effectively. 
• 📚 Participate in training to stay updated on industry best practices. 

🎯 Qualifications: 

• 💬 Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages. 
• 🔑 Mandatory: Experience in allied health, hospital settings, or a relevant medical background. 
• 🔑 Mandatory: Experience in US Healthcare. 
• ⭐ Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare industry. 
• 🤗 Strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of patience. 
• ⏰ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 
• 🧐 High attention to detail and accuracy. 
• 💡 Familiarity with healthcare software is a plus. 
• 🌙 Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
