Position Overview: We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team in Kondapur, Hyderabad. If you have a strong background in Healthcare BPO sales, presales experience, and a proven track record in high-volume cold calling, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-lasting customer relationships with healthcare sector contacts.
• High-Volume Cold Calling: Engage new clients and follow up persistently to secure conversions.
• Presales Support: Assist with presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Digital Outreach: Leverage social media and email campaigns to boost client engagement.
• CRM Management: Track and manage customer interactions using CRM software.
• Networking: Participate in events to connect with potential clients and promote our services.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years in sales within the Healthcare BPO sector, with a focus on presales.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Cold Calling Expertise: Proven success in high-volume cold calling and follow-ups.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and MS Office.
