🌍 Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in attracting, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for various healthcare roles within our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare sector and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
🔍Candidate Sourcing and Outreach
Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, technicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff.
🤝Screening and Interviewing
Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates. Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization. Coordinate and assist with the interview process between candidates and hiring managers.
🗣️Collaboration with Hiring Managers
Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide guidance to managers on interview techniques, candidate assessments, and hiring best practices.
📄Offer Management and Onboarding
Prepare offer letters, negotiate salary terms, and manage the offer process with selected candidates. Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks and reference verifications. Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.
Qualifications
🎓Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
💼Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, ideally within a high-volume setting.
🛠️Skills: Strong understanding of healthcare roles and requirements, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools, and strong organizational skills for managing multiple positions and deadlines.
