INTRODUCTION

This attracts more druggists who can be involved to play the role in clinical pharmacy being in the healthcare system. Pharmacists play of crucial role by educating and encourage the care for the patients by counselling the patients as well as communicating with the prescribed gape between the medical practitioners and their patients as they knowledge of medication and treatment plan.

In the present society; the qualified person who can treat patients is titled as a physician, doctor, medical practitioner, etc, drug-related problem have always been an issue. When we solve in the system which needed to be identified prevent in first stage.
