India is one of the best destination for the outsource of health care services .so many advantages are there by this outsourcing services.

Roles and responsibilities of outsourcing services and the benefits of outsourcing in health care sector……

Healthcare outsourcing has become gradually increasingly common as similar health system administrators try to enhance profitability and efficiency¹. While maintaining clinical excellence.

Outsourcing in the areas of emergency medicine, like radiology, laboratory services and environmental services provides concerning evidence of potentially large downside when outsourcing is driven by short-term cost concern².

Outsourcing provides many potential benefits to health care organisations. Outsourcing provides staff to operate the facility. There are some major advantages of outsourcing are Radiology, in the radiology the outsourcing routine X-ray and scans help to decrease the heavy workload for the hospitals in house physicians. This will help to patient such as improved patient care and to spend more time practicing medicine³.

Another major benefit is the cost-saving which is resulting from reducing the temporary staff and training associated with that staff. Organizations  can invest capital in new medical equipment and supplies rather than in staff and technology to complete core business process such as billing and coding ⁴.

Outsourcing vendors strive to provide the non-core services that allows the hospitals to focus on the business of servicing patients. If a hospital can shed some of the managerial responsibilities for some of the functions that support the healing environment they can focus more intently on the medical necessities⁵. A framework of service outsourcing decision making is proposed as well as a set of outsourcing characteristics and resulting risks that are considered by firms outsourcing⁷. Outsourcing as an effective strategy resulting in increase in the personal, client and stakeholders satisfaction. It helps to increase benefits and decreases cost for public sector⁸.
